We believe that our digi-physical health model can deliver a seamless journey for our patients in their most testing times. We recognise that when it comes to health, convenience of remote access can be priceless, but sometimes you just want to see someone.
What is a digi-physical service?
With ‘digi-physical’, your first contact with a doctor is always through a ‘digital-first’ remote appointment. If your doctor can safely treat you via video or telephone, they will do so. If, however, following your consultation you need (or want!) to see us in person, our doctor can book you in to our ‘in-person services’ within our catchment area.Our in-person services are provided via a combination of scheduled home visits to your door, and clinics.
Why digi-physical services?
We recognised that when it comes to your health, whilst the convenience and ease of access to remote appointments can be priceless, sometimes you need, or just want, to see your doctor, whether it be for an examination, a test, or simply reassurance.
What about our remote-only services?
Our founders have extensive experience in the delivery of remote only GP services. Many problems can be effectively managed remotely, and, where they can’t, helping to understand and navigate the available local services is often valued by patients. However, our belief is that, in the future, it will be seamless digi-physical care that patients will come to expect.
We believe in building long lasting doctor-patient relationships. we believe the benefits to both patients and doctors are countless. We want you to get to know our team, or one of our GPs. We will bring in GPs who share our vision of providing you longevity of care with one person or team.
