Yes. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
Absolutely. You can purchase any voucher as a gift. Simply provide the recipient's name at checkout. Digital vouchers are sent immediately, and physical versions are available on request.
Redemption is simple: the recipient contacts our reception team or books online (where available) and provides the unique voucher code. We will apply the voucher to the appointment.
All vouchers are supplied digitally by default for delivery by email within 1 working day. Physical vouchers can be collected from the clinic or posted upon request.

Monetary-value vouchers can be used across multiple appointments until the value is fully spent. Service-specific vouchers (such as a Health & Lifestyle Checkup) apply only to that particular service.
In most cases, vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. However, recipients of a Well Person Check voucher may still access our discounted add-on test prices, as listed on our Well Person Check webpages, if they wish to enhance their checkup.
Unused vouchers can receive a refund within 14 days of purchase. However please be as sure as possible before purchasing - refunds are subject to our usual refund policy, including a 5 percent administrative fee as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Once any part of the voucher has been redeemed, it becomes non-refundable.
Your voucher will always retain the value you paid, or the entitlement to the named service. If prices change, you can redeem the face value of the voucher toward the updated cost.
Yes. You may upgrade to a higher-level service by paying the difference at the time of booking.
Our standard cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.
