Preparing your healthcare experience...
Qdenga is different from many routine travel vaccines because it is not recommended for every traveller to a dengue-risk area. Current UK guidance recommends an individual assessment, including consideration of whether you are likely to have had dengue previously, your destination and your medical history.
It is also a live vaccine, so there are important situations in which it should not be given, including pregnancy, breastfeeding and certain forms of immunosuppression.
For these reasons, we ask you to book a short telephone call with one of our travel nurses first. If Qdenga is appropriate for you, we can then arrange your vaccination appointments.
Choose whether to consult with us first, or do your own research.
Find a slot online, or call us to book.
Your appointment will be with a friendly nurse.
We provide a health record, sent also to your NHS GP on request.
