Pippa is a qualified Health & Mindset Coach with over three years’ experience supporting clients with weight management, stress coping strategies, and sustainable lifestyle change. With a background as an elite athlete, Pippa competed internationally in High Jump representing the Republic of Ireland. This experience gives her a unique understanding of performance, motivation, discipline, and the mindset required to create lasting change. Pippa holds a university degree from the University of Bath in Sport & Social Science and is qualified as a Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Personal Trainer. She combines evidence-based coaching, behavioural science, and holistic wellbeing practices to help clients build realistic habits, overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve peak health in a way that fits their lifestyle.
