With a background as an elite athlete, Pippa competed internationally in High Jump representing the Republic of Ireland. This experience gives her a unique understanding of performance, motivation, discipline, and the mindset required to create lasting change. Pippa holds a university degree from the University of Bath in Sport & Social Science and is qualified as a Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Personal Trainer.
