This comprehensive assessment measures Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Free T4 and Free T3 to evaluate thyroid function, together with Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Antibodies and Thyroglobulin Antibodies to assess for autoimmune thyroid disease such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis or Graves' disease. It provides a much more complete assessment than measuring TSH alone.
