First Lingo Sensor & Fitting - Attend 222 Healthcare to have your first Lingo glucose sensor fitted, giving you up to 2 weeks of glucose insights through the Lingo app.
Nurse Lifestyle Appointment - A dedicated lifestyle appointment with one of our nurses to look at your current diet, activity and lifestyle and help you get the most from your monitoring period.
30-Minute GP Results Consultation - Return to the clinic after your first monitoring period for a 30-minute consultation with one of our GPs. Together, you can review your glucose patterns in the context of your wider health and identify practical areas to work on.
Your Improvement Period - Put what you have learned into practice. Make realistic changes to food choices, meal patterns, activity and other relevant lifestyle factors over the following two months.
Second Lingo Sensor - Return approximately 2 months later for your second Lingo sensor. Monitor your glucose again for up to 2 weeks to see how your patterns have changed following your lifestyle changes.
Measure Your Improvement - Compare your second monitoring period with your first and see whether the changes you have made are translating into better glucose patterns.
