Preparing your healthcare experience...
A food reactivity blood test measuring IgG antibodies to a wide range of commonly eaten foods to help guide a structured elimination and reintroduction programme.
£165
Results in Results are typically available within 7–10 working days.
Ideal for people with persistent digestive symptoms or suspected food-related symptoms where immediate food allergy is not suspected. This test is intended to support, rather than replace, a structured dietary assessment. It should not be used to diagnose food allergy, and positive IgG results alone should not lead to permanent avoidance of foods without appropriate clinical assessment.

Attend your appointment and one of our experienced nurses or phlebotomists will collect your blood sample. If your test also includes another sample, such as urine or stool, we will provide the necessary collection kit and clear instructions.
Results are typically available within 7–10 working days. Some individual markers may take longer if they require specialist laboratory processing. We will normally wait until the full profile is complete before issuing your reviewed results.
This test may be particularly useful for: Bloating; Irritable bowel symptoms; Food-related digestive symptoms; Unexplained gastrointestinal discomfort; Suspected delayed food reactions.
This test is commonly chosen when investigating: Bloating; Abdominal discomfort; Excess wind; Altered bowel habit; Feeling unwell after eating; Headaches that appear to relate to foods; Fatigue that may appear food related. Blood tests are only one part of an assessment, and results should be considered alongside your symptoms and medical history.
This test may help assess or investigate: Potential food reactivity patterns to commonly consumed foods (not food allergy diagnosis). An abnormal result does not necessarily confirm a diagnosis, but it may help guide further assessment.
This profile includes: Quantitative IgG antibody measurements to a broad panel of commonly consumed foods including dairy, eggs, cereals, meats, fish, shellfish, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and selected herbs and spices (panel varies slightly depending on laboratory updates)..
