Stockholm3 combines blood biomarkers, genetic variants and clinical history to estimate risk of clinically significant prostate cancer. Intended for males aged 45–74 without previous prostate cancer, with PSA >1.5 ng/mL. The STKR pathway measures PSA first and reflexes to Stockholm3 only when PSA >1.5 ng/mL. It does not diagnose or exclude cancer; decisions about MRI or biopsy require clinical assessment.
